Loathe:

• Still 6 more working days (including today) till Christmas. That includes Christmas eve, where we are working a half day. I'm thinking it will either be frantic or quiet.
• Work Christmas party on Thursday night. I'm rather hesitant about it, and what will go on. Plus i'm not that comfortable in my dress. Hopefully I'll have a few champagnes and be ok. I just want to make sure I don't get too drunk, because puking at the chrissy party is not a good look.
• Havn't done our Christmas shopping yet... shit, should really get on top of that one. I guess I'll go to the shops on Saturday, but its going to be crazy. I'm hoping D will do some of it today or tomorrow, but he is being distracted by working on stuff @ home.
• Didn't think it was possible, but I filled up my 80gb iPod. How?
• I just don't even want to look at my bank account. Thats bad, right?
• Something has been eating our seedlings, and I don't think I can blame the chickens for all of it.
  

• I got a star of the month award yesterday at work... yay!
• We bought some outdoor tables on the weekend, now we have something to eat off on Christmas Day! Just need to make sure we have enough seats now...
  
• We also bought D's Chrissy / Birthday present on the weekend.. its an outdoor wood fire oven, that has a smoker at the top as well... We didn't know if we could afford it, however they are going out of stock, and we got the last one in the store... Guess it means a lot of yummy wood fired pizzas for us!
• Almost Christmas holidays, which will be nice.. I think I have a week and a half off.. Go back on Monday 5h.. Plan on not doing very much at all. Maybe do some house stuff and maybe grow some more plants.
• Cheap strawberries at the local supermarket that actually taste good.

we struggled through moving stuff in the rain, but i felt a little useless, because my head was still spinning, and i couldn't do too many trips at once, otherwise it got worse. we were going to have removalists move our big stuff - however they had to ring up and change it to monday because the rain was slowing them down. It was probably a smart idea, wouldn't want them sliding down down the driveway...

A few loads after this we ended up getting Chinese and drinking billecart salmon on the mattress on the floor in front of the air con.

Cushions on bed

phew, what a day. the last thing we had to do was assemble our bed. we forgot our pillows and therefore had to use cushions to sleep on - didn't matter much though, we pretty much fell in a heap..

in the new house cos it takes 10-15 working days to connect our new ADSL2 (can't wait!!!) . A couple of people around here have unprotected wireless internet, but it seems to be quite unreliable..  i've been taking lots of photos an i'll try to upload them soon, but i'll have to see how the signal is going...

crisis is an understatement. there were mountains of people lining up to pay another $40 per week more than us for our unit. That was on Saturday, and already our apartment has stopped being advertised and the for lease sign outside has gone.
when we were looking this apartment was empty for weeks, and they reduced the price to have someone in here.. i can't believe the difference in a few years...

AAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHHHHAHAHAHAHAHHHHHH!
